Titus Kirche

The spacious Protestant Church near Karl Barth’s home. Barth often went to this church and even influenced ist architecture. When it cam to naming the newly-built church, both „Titus“ and „Bartholomew“ were proposed. Barth voted strongly for „Titus“ as he was concerned that the short form for „Bartholomew Church“ would be the „Barthli Church“.
